Nada Farid

Clinical Psychologist

Nada holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from London Metropolitan University. She trained at Al Mashfa Hospital and Behman Hospital, where she developed skills in clinical assessment, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, and addiction treatment. Her experience also includes working in the first fully integrated inpatient DBT unit in the Middle East, supporting individuals struggling with borderline personality disorder, emotional regulation, and self-harm.
Her clinical focus is on helping adults facing ADHD, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. Nada’s approach blends evidence-based therapies with compassion and cultural sensitivity, offering clients a safe and collaborative space to explore their challenges, strengthen self-esteem, manage emotions, and build healthier connections with others.
Before her MSc, Nada studied psychology at the University of Amsterdam and conducted psychosocial research with Arab refugees in the Netherlands. This experience broadened her understanding of how culture and context shape mental health and human behavior.
For Nada, therapy is not about quick fixes—it’s an honest journey of self-exploration, where every step forward brings clients closer to clarity, confidence, and more fulfilling relationships.
