Enas earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2018, her postgraduate diploma in clinical psychology from Cairo University in 2019, and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Cairo University in 2023.She obtained certifications that allow her to practice several modules of therapy, including Essentials of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT): The Beck Approach and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, and Personality Disorders from the Beck Institute, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills from Behavioral Tech by Marsha Linehan, Motivational Interviewing by Theresa Moyers, William Miller, and Stephen Rollnick, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Attachment Science in Practice by Sue Johnson, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) by Russ Harris.She also received field training in Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital, Abo El Reish’s Children’s Hospital, El Kasr El Einy Teaching Hospital, Abasseya Mental Health Hospital, Al Mashfa Psychiatric and Physical Rehabilitation Hospital, The Behman Hospital, and the Addiction Treatment & Abuse Fund: Abasseya & Al Khanka Mental Health Hospitals.Enas has over 3 years of work experience with inpatients at Al Mashfa Hospital & Resort, as well as 3 years of work experience with outpatients at outpatient clinics and counseling centers.She works with adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, and trauma. She uses a humanistic-existential approach to counseling and believes that the therapeutic relationship is an essential part of therapy.
