Grief and Loss

Whatever type of loss you have suffered, there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. Grief is a natural response to loss when something or someone you love is taken away. You may experience a wide range of difficult and unexpected emotions; shock, anger, guilt, or sadness. The grieving process is highly individual in the sense that it is special to you and cannot be compared to someone else’s. Grief takes time and healing happens gradually; it can’t be forced or hurried. There are some flags however that could tell you that you may need help to support you, some of these could be when it is taking longer than usual or when you start having difficulty going about your daily activities.
