Child Psychologist 

Donia holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at York University (UK), where she received head’s list certification for academic excellence. She has a Postgraduate Certificate in Child-Centered and Child-Parent Relationship Play Therapy from Concordia University and completed SNAP training at the Child Development Institute in Canada. Additionally, Donia has taken courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression from the Beck Institute and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS).

With extensive experience in pediatric psychology at institutions like 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital and Al Nas Hospital, Donia specializes in addressing trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem. Her work spans diverse cultural contexts, enriching her practice with valuable insights.

Her approach is holistic and integrative, blending CBT, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to create a safe space for children to learn emotional regulation, promote autonomy, and build resilience.
